30-45 minutes of casual conversation with one of our recruiters where you can tell us more about yourself and ask all the questions about Ing that come to your mind and we will do our best to answer them.
If we seem right for each other, a technical interview follows during which you will informally exchange knowledge and ideas with one of our senior people. This can take up to 90 minutes.
The final step is to inform you about our decision, which we do no matter if it's a positive or a negative one. If positive, an official job offer is what you can expect from us after which it is time for your decision.
