We are looking for someone who ticks most of these boxes:
- Has 6+ years of experience in Java backend development;
- Brings strong expertise in Spring Framework and Spring Boot;
- Holds a solid understanding of RESTful API design and microservices architecture;
- Has hands-on experience with relational & non-relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and ORM frameworks (e.g., Hibernate);
- Knows their way around cloud platforms, with Azure experience being a plus;
- Is familiar with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, or Kubernetes (considered a plus);
- Brings strong problem-solving skills and feels comfortable working in an agile environment;
- Communicates confidently in English and approaches work with a proactive, can-do mindset.
What you'll be doing:
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java, Spring Framework, and Spring Boot;
- Build scalable APIs and integrate them with internal and external systems;
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code;
- Ensure high performance, reliability, and security of your solutions;
- Lead technical design discussions and mentor junior developers;
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions;
