This time we are on the lookout for an experienced Project Manager to help us keep our projects on track. If you're passionate about tech and love making things run smoothly, we’d love to chat!
We are looking for someone who ticks most of these boxes:
- Bring at least 5 years of experience in project management within software development, successfully leading projects from initiation to delivery;
- Have a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget;
- Are experienced in managing cross-functional medium-sized teams (4-12 members), organizing collaboration between developers, designers, QAs, and stakeholders;
- Possess the ability to translate technical requirements into clear project plans and deliverables, ensuring mutual understanding across technical and business functions;
- Are experienced in applying and adapting PM methodologies (mainly Agile, Scrum/Kanban or hybrid approaches);
- Know your way around project scheduling, resource planning, and risk management, with experience in tracking progress against milestones and KPIs;
- Have experience in a team leadership role with expertise in team motivation and conflict management;
- Demonstrate strong communication and presentation skills in English, both written and verbal.
