About the role:
This time we are on the lookout for an experienced Project Manager to help us keep our projects on track. If you're passionate about tech and love making things run smoothly, we’d love to chat!
We are looking for someone who ticks most of these boxes:
- Brings at least 5 years of project management experience within software development, with a strong product development experience, focusing on driving product strategy and the full product lifecycle from initiation to delivery.
- Has a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget;
- Is experienced in managing cross-functional medium-sized teams (4-12 members), organizing collaboration between developers, designers, QAs, and stakeholders;
- Is highly proficient in managing projects with fixed budgets and/or fixed timelines, utilizing strong analytical skills to monitor and optimize performance within these models;
- Possesses the ability to translate technical requirements into clear project plans and deliverables, ensuring mutual understanding across technical and business functions;
- Is experienced in applying and adapting PM methodologies (mainly Agile, Scrum/Kanban or hybrid approaches);
- Takes full ownership of the development process and risk management, serving as the primary driver of project execution rather than just a facilitator for the client;
- Has experience in a team leadership role with expertise in team motivation and conflict management;
- Demonstrates strong communication and presentation skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrates familiarity with AI-powered tools to improve performance and efficiency, maintaining a positive, proactive, and responsible attitude towards leveraging AI in daily workflows.
